VSP has a `Health Fund Referral Program’ where patients who would not have otherwise found us easily, have been referred directly to our practice. We are an independent optometry practice who rely primarily on word of mouth for new patients, and as we are not in a shopping precinct, most patients are by appointment only. This program has helped us engage with new health fund members and given us the opportunity to showcase our professional service and quality goods.

In addition, we have access to the `My Marketing Team’ web portal which can provide extra marketing services such as images and promos ready-made for our social media platforms (Facebook) and email promotions. It takes a lot of the hassle out of the little things like advertising, so we can focus on big things that do matter, like our customers. Moreover, VSP has an incredible marketing fund support for their premium members who meet or exceed the required budget every month. This incentive has enabled us to do more marketing campaigns without our cash flow taking a big hit.”
